Τα Εργαστήρια – Workshops αποτελούν κύκλους ομαδικών κατά βάση μαθημάτων πάνω σε ειδικά θέματα & σπουδές. Διαρκούν από μερικές εβδομάδες μέχρι όλο το εκπαιδευτικό έτος.
