A combination drug called Super Vidalista is used to treat men's erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It includes dapoxetine (60 mg), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that helps postpone ejaculation, and tadalafil (20 mg), which increases blood flow for a stronger erection.
